Gurukul Vidyapeeth comprises group of ten educational institutions operating under the flagship brand name of 'Gurukul'. It has been founded by CA Manmohan Kumar Garg for imparting professional education in Medical, Engineering, Management, Information Technology, Media, Hospitality and Applied Sciences. Mr. Garg started his career as a professional consultant in the year 1992 for providing specialized consultancy in 'Taxation and Financing' to various educational institutions and business organizations in and around Chandigarh. But no sooner his inner zeal of entrepreneurship and visionary thought of providing quality education to students prompted him to form Gurukul Educational & Charitable Trust, which have gained immense popularity and coveted reputations in northern part of the country in a short span of time. It is merely because of his dedication to develop excellence in quality of educations and his commitment towards the welfare of students and staff.
While most of the institutes in the area are trying to groom their students to have good placements only but at Gurukul Vidyapeeth we are going one step further by grooming the students not only to become successful executives but also innovative and successful future entrepreneurs of the country. Academic veterans like Prof. I.K.Kataria(M.D) and Dr.S.C.Jain (Principal) having more rich experience in the field of Technical education are the guiding personalities among our over 100 experienced faculty members and 50 non-teaching staff.
